2017: LouCity's team leader in goals scored with five, Lancaster also has a USL Player of the Week nod to his name, earning it June 20 after scoring two goals in a 3-0 home win over the Pittsburgh Riverhounds...Earlier in the season, his strikes March 30 at Orlando and April 15 against Tampa Bay were nominated for USL Goal of the Week.

2016: Appeared in 29 games for LouCity and played 1103 minutes during a bounce-back season. Lancaster, who missed all of 2015 due to injury, numbered 4 goals and 3 assists, with a highlight right out of the gate. His March 26 free kick at the death beat the Charlotte Independence in the opener. He added goals May 14 against Saint Louis FC, then converted penalty kicks in back-to-back wins on Sept. 10 against the Richmond Kickers and Sept. 17 against Saint Louis FC. Lancaster overtook the starting striker job down the stretch of the season.

2015: He impressed by scoring a game winner in a 3-2 preseason victory – and the club’s first-ever match – over Indiana University. After suffering a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee, however, he spent the rest of the year rehabbing toward a 2016 campaign.

Before Louisville City: Lancaster started his career in the Tottenham Hotspur Academy and made his debut for the English Premier League team under former Spurs head coach, Harry Redknapp. In 2014, the 6-foot striker went on-loan to Stevenage, where he connected on a wonder goal from 40 yards out. Lancaster then went on to St. Albans City for another loan stint. He made four appearances and scored twice for the Saints.
