Donation Requests

Donations are an essential part of Louisville City FC’s community outreach efforts and provide the team the opportunity to generate positive impact throughout the Louisville area. Investing in the community is not only a responsibility of the team, but also an opportunity to show our support for the great number of organizations which work tirelessly to help those in need.

Due to the large volume of requests, Louisville City FC uses the following guidelines when reviewing requests:

  • All donations must be submitted online.
  • Your non-profit must have 501c3 status.  If your event is serving as a benefit for a charity, please have a member of the charity fill out the Donation Request Form.
  • Requests must be made a minimum four (4) weeks in advance of the event
  • Each organization may receive only one (1) donation per year
  • We recommend that your event NOT center on a donation from Louisville City FC, but have the donation serve as a compliment to the overall event.
  • Louisville City FC does accept any fan merchandise for autographs under any circumstances.

Once your request is received, a member of the Louisville City FC staff will contact you via email at the earliest convenience.
